If you can speak fluent English along with Spanish and have at least 1 year of proven experience in customer service or sales, then this is the right place for you!

During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming calls/chats/emails/texts from customers (US/UK/Australia mainly)
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
• The team meets for progress/feedback sessions

What All You Should Be Ready for:

• Stay connected with clients, even during off-hours, if necessary.
• Guide and mentor your teammates when needed.
• Go a little extra mile to provide answers to any customers’ queries.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma/equivalent or graduates
• Proven experience of at least 1 yr in sales or customer service
• Strong English communication skills
• Willingness to work US Day Shifts and flexible hours.
• Atleast 3.5 GPA or more in grade 12.
